About Paige Weed and Weed Equine
WE HAVE RELOCATED FROM IDAHO TO FLORIDA!
Paige Weed
I am 21 and have been married to Jeremiah Weed for almost two years. We have a daughter named Linkin who is our world. I have worked with hundreds of horses in the span of about 10 years. I got my start at a Rescue and Adoption facility in Centennial, Colorado. There, I mucked stalls, and did all the dirty work to earn time to ride some of the rescue horses. There were about 175 horses on that property. about half were boarded and the other half, rescues. I quickly earned the reputation of being fearless and wanting to ride all the "crazies". This reputation earned me the title of "crash Test Dummy" meaning I would put the first rides on all the horses we picked up from slaughter auctions to see how broke they were, if at all. I never took a formal riding lesson but took people's advice to refine my etiquette and make me into a more solid rider. I worked at "FoH" from 2009 to 2014 when I went to Idaho for college; testing horses, teaching summer camps and doing all the manual labor that comes with horsemanship. I adopted two horses from here that I have since sold, Almira's Jewell and Shockwave..
I started Weed Equine in May 2016 after almost a year away from horses. I was injured in June 2015 from a kick to the stomach and hospitalized for several days. After that, my family moved me from Colorado to Florida to live with my parents until school restarted in September. I was miserable and knew I needed to find a way to work horses back into my life. Thus, the creation of Weed Equine. Weed Equine has been a joy in my life and I look forward to working with new horses and facing new challenges.

Weed Equine
The idea behind Weed Equine is to give horses the training their owner desires without the price and hassle of moving them to a new facility. I will come to your home or arena and work your horses there. No need to move them unless you desire to. I offer a free consultation where you can see how I ride and work with your individual horse and then you can decide whether you think I would be a good fit. I want to hear the opinions of the owners and exactly what they want for the horses I ride. I've had everything from fierce barrel racing training to just being able to ride quietly. I will work with your desires in mind.
